Portion of a farmhouse with swimming pool (approx. 72 m2) for shared use with 3 other units in Galenda, in the heart of Chianti, a historic village surrounded by vineyards and breathtaking Tuscan views. This accommodation has an independent entrance and is arranged on several levels: on the ground floor there is the living area consisting of a kitchen and living room with sofa bed, on the lower floor (which is accessed via some steps) is the sleeping area. One of the two bedrooms has direct access to the private outdoor space. Bathroom with shower. The exclusive outdoor space for guests is approx. 30 m2. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher. Wi-Fi, smart TV available. Barbecue and private equipped outdoor area with table football. The swimming pool was built on terraced land adjacent to the vineyards (approximately 70 m from the house) and is furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas. Ideal starting point for visiting the village of Volpaia, Panzano in Chianti and cities of art such as Florence and Siena. Trekking and mountain bike routes, Eroica route.
