This villa with a private swimming pool and tennis court is located in the heart of the Chianti Classico region in Tuscany. With 4 bedrooms, it is an ideal place for a sun holiday with multiple families or friends.

The villa is located in the countryside about 13 km from Radda in Chianti, halfway between Siena and Florence. From here you can discover the most beautiful landscapes and cities of Tuscany.

The villa is 200 years old, but renovated while maintaining the original details. Think of stone walls, old floors in travertine and terracotta and ceilings with visible wooden beams. From the villa, you look out on vineyards and the countryside. There is a panoramic swimming pool in the large, fully-fenced garden (1500 m²). There is also a tennis court of artificial grass and an outside loggia with a wood oven. Finally, the villa has parking and a laundry room (only accessible from the outside).

Air conditioning is available for a fee. WiFi is available in the residence.
