This gorgeous home is a new construction located in the quiet, central neighborhood of Suburban Heights. Approximately 2 miles from UF, this home is on a peaceful street and has a trampoline and grill for tons of outdoor fun! The home has a split floorplan, with a master bedroom with a king bed and double shower on one end, and two bedrooms with queen beds on the other. Between those bedrooms is a small gaming area with another TV. In the house's center is a gorgeous kitchen and dining space.

EV charger in garage. The entire home is fenced in. There is an in-ground trampoline, which is yours to enjoy at your own risk. The outdoor patio has outdoor furniture, cornhole, and a smoker grill. The grill is a smoker grill. There are some personal belongings inside the home, as we are just renting this home for Gator Game weekends. There is a Ring security system along the exterior of the home and a Ring doorbell. There is an Amazon Alexa inside the home.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a desk.
