Downtown duplex next to the Bed and Breakfast district. Walk to downtown, just 2 miles from UF campus and Shands, convenient to restaurants and park- perfect location! This comfortable 2 bedroom home has a washer and dryer, comfortable living area and spacious dining area.
The Kitchen is fully stocked and comes equipped with a smart TV.
Sleeps 6 - each bedroom has a queen bed and a queen air mattress upon request.
Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

check in and check out were a breeze. The property was as pictured. Bathroom and refrigerator were clean. Some dishes in the cabinet were dirty and there was pet hair and paw prints on the couch. Beds were comfortable.

The place stank and i found some ground beef that was left in the refrigerator that had rotted. There was laundry left in the washer and many electrical appliances throughout the place and the premises outside were overgrown and messy.
