The unit is near UF, Shands Hospital, T-75, and Butler Plaza, located on the ground floor, providing easy access. It's 3 Miles (8 minutes by vehicle) away from the apt to Shands Hospital. There are three routes bus stops in the community and four routes bus stops near the community. The parking is free.

The front door and porch of the unit are equipped with security cameras to ensure the safety of all guests.

There are four rooms in the unit. Each room has its bed/bath. Two persons are allowed per room.

The room Moon is furnished with a queen-sized, 64” W*84" L bed, 12” memorial mattress, and a 43" TV, the living room also has a 50" TV. The room is locked with a U-bolt indoors.

Clean quiet room in what appears to be a safe area. Swamp Head Brewery has food trucks and is a short walk. There is also a large shopping area a short walk away. Thanks for a great stay, Gene!

This is an affordable place for 2 w a shared kitchen and common area in a great location. Clean and furnished w pans and utensils for cooking, with full size refrigerator and stove/oven. Owners responsive and available.
