- LUXURIOUS FINISHES: This home was thoughtfully designed and curated with you in mind! Each choice, from the comfortable beds, high-end soft-white linens, plush pillows & clean, charming aesthetics to the fully functional & renovated kitchen you will love. This vacation home will feel like your home away from home.

- PERFECT FLOOR PLAN: The floor plan is ideal for couples getaways or families, with two private (one King & one Queen) ensuites separated by the beautiful fully-remodeled living areas.

- PRIVATE FENCED BACKYARD: Designed around your enjoyment and making memories! This is an end-unit townhome with a large fully-fenced backyard. It features a patio with gas grill, but also accompanied with a large 6 person firepit area including 2 swings and comfortable high-end adirondack chairs that have pull-out drink holders for your favorite drinks, fireside! There is also string lights that create such ambiance for your nighttime enjoyment! We also provide a cornhole set for your daytime fun!

- CENTRALLY LOCATED: The home is centrally located in the heart of SW Gainesville 2 miles from UF and very close to Shands and the UF vet hospital. Archer road and all its amenities are steps away! If you’re looking to explore it’s also very close to I75 and 30 minutes from Ginny Springs and lots of outdoor adventure.

- COMFORTS OF HOME: It really is the small details that will make your stay comfortable. The little amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry and dish soaps, plenty of toiletries and coffee are provided! If there is something that would enhance your stay you recommend I add, I would love to consider it!

- FREE PARKING (and plenty of it). There are two free parking spaces in front of the home as well as open-street parking for guests if needed directly in front of the home.

- BEDROOMS
One of the most important parts of your home away from home is a good night’s rest! Each of the beds have hotel-quality white linens and at least four pillows. Each bedroom also has its own fan (FL necessity!) for your comfort.

- Bedroom Ensuite #1: Queen size, closet, ensuite with shower. Has a desk (& fast wifi) for remote-work.

- Bedroom Ensuite #2: King size, closet, Shower/tub combo and access to patio/backyard

- KITCHEN
Modern, fully equipped, includes microwave, toaster and new SS appliance suite as well as quartz counters. We stock some basic items for you such as coffee, salt, pepper, paper towels, sponges & dish soap & etc. There is both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker for your preference!

- LIVING ROOM
Living room: Two comfy sofas, with 60" Smart TV and a bench for extra seating as-needed for guests!

It is an entire end-unit townhome (no shared spaces) with a fully-fenced private backyard.

There are two parking spaces for the home right in front as well as open street parking. The home is also PET-FRIENDLY!

My goal is for you to know exactly the home you're booking so it meets and exceeds your expectations so you may have an excellent getaway! As you enter the street you will see some of the initial homes are rentals and not as nicely kept, while the rear/remainder of the street are all family homes. It is a wonderfully centrally located, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Gainesville is an eclectic mixing bowl of renters, students and families alike! I have been happily hosting (now thousands of guests) here for over 8 years and I lived here myself for 4! I am happy to answer any questions you may have and look forward to hosting you!
