Room was clean, most of the front staff were courteous and kind but one of the female employees that worked the front desk who also happen to checked me in and out seemed quite annoyed to be there, was even short on the phone to a customer while I waited and didn't seem to want to really be helpful during my checking in and out process, barely spoke or even told me my room number until I saw it on the key card holder. Perhaps she was having an "off day" I thought but when I saw her a couple days later to check out I realized no, she's just this way. Not the best way to be welcomed into a hotel stay.

Stayed here this weekend for a softball tournament. The staff was very friendly. I left an outfit in my room and offered to send a UPS label to get it back and they immediately agreed and confirmed the package was ready to be picked up by UPS. I don't normally write reviews, but felt like they went above and beyond and was grateful for that. Well done!

It was just an average room, Nothing special. Toilet was almost like it was made for a child and my husband who has knee replacement/problems had trouble using it. Breakfast was decent offering both cold and hot items. Coffee was not good though.
