Property has been updated inside. I was given a handicapped room so I can’t state if my room was typical or not. The bathroom looks really nice and modern. The room was very clean “smelling”. It smelled so clean that I could still smell the cleaning products the day after I got home through my cPap machine. There was a small refrigerator in the room. The freezer door could not close all the way. So it had a large frost buildup and was obviously wasting electricity and also useless for a guest who needed to keep things frozen. The continental breakfast didn’t begin until 7am and I had to leave before that time. Breakfasts, especially just “continental” ones usually start at 6am at most places I’ve stayed. All in all, the room was a good value, comfortable, large, clean, and I would stay there again at the current price point.
It's OK for the price, the breakfast little to expect, the shower pressure and hi nothing too impress, is clean I think it was recently renovated.
I called to inform them I was going to be late. When I got there he was friendly and knew immediately who I was. The room was very nice, as I have breathing problems the cleaner was strong when I went into it initially, left door open as I unloaded and it seem to help some but they could take it a lot easier on the spray.

Very accommodating. Did have to switch rooms as the shower would not work, and no maintenance on site. The Front desk was very graciuos in dealing with the situation.
We needed a room for two days of doctor appointments. Good price and a convenient location near Shands hospital and medical plaza. Room was clean and comfortable.
It smelled like urine in the room . The breakfast is very basic banana yogurt and packaged muffins and honey bunoatmeal and cereal . The tub has a non working jacuzzi in room very uncomfortable . Won’t stay again .
Quaint facility with clean rooms. Convenient location which is close to the U, shopping,loads of restaurants and easy access to major thouroughfares.
The Indian guy that checked me in was very rude and crass. When he went to check the room to see if i'd been smoking in there (even though I told him I hadn't; and he constantly expressed how it would be a $200+ charge if I did), he proceeded to snatch the card and go to check the bedroom. When I asked how I could get extra towels, he told me to walk down there and get them and asked how one person could need more than two towels for just three days. Not his business much.
Good value. Clean room. Nothing more to say about the hotel. Blah blah blah

Room was OK, just nothing special....seemed run down., since the last time. Staff was pleasant.
I booked this room for one of my daughters, and myself. We had planned to spend the night after watching my oldest daughter in a show. When we entered the lobby we noted a very strong aroma of air freshener, started coughing while checking in. The room was even worse, you could smell the overpowering scent from the hallway. In the room our eyes watered and we were both coughing. Unfortunately, my daughter is asthmatic and had to leave the room to sit in the car and use her inhaler. The line when we left was very long, as we had tickets for a play, I did not have time to request a refund. Also, when we checked in we noticed a large sign saying that there would be no refunds given. I called Orbitz for help with this problem and as of yet (6 days later) I have had no response. This hotel was so bad that we decided to drive the 2- 3 hours home. As we had already driven 3 hours from Tallahassee to Gainesville, and were unable to leave until 11pm, I think this gives an idea of how bad this room was.

It was worth to pay extra $18 for a way better hotel. Clean, nice and friendly staff, calm area. Recommended!!
Awful "breakfast." Coffee watery, terrible packaged snack food. They were more concerned with telling me their rules than they were about making sure I had a good stay.
The room is clean and comfortable. Good location. I stayed there for 1 week to do my training at Shands. Refridgerator and microwave are helpful. Free breakfast but very small option. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay.
