On the marvelous coast road that connects Santa Maria di Leuca with Otranto, the wonderful Villa surrounded by a poetic and silent pine forest with amazing sea view is immersed in the green of the Mediterranean scrub !!
The excellent geographical position allows you to enjoy a breathtaking night view and an amazing sunrise by taking advantage of the terraces.
The Villa has a large outdoor area where you can organize if you want small parties or barbecues with friends using barbecue and swimming pool.
The Villa consists of 2 bedrooms one double and one twin, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room.
It presents an ancient style from the point of view of all hand-carved furniture but there is no lack of more modern shades which combine perfectly for a mix of history and modernity.
As for the aspect purely linked to the ease of movement and the services available, I recommend you rent a car or better reach us by your own means since it is located in the suburbs and 2 km away from the town.
However, taking advantage of the coast you can meet numerous restaurants and clubs where you can taste simple and genuine fish dishes !! For all other information we are at your disposal and we also remind you to respect the basic rules for a good stay at our villa hoping to satisfy you in the best way.

Stunning views and peaceful location
Property is set in a very picturesque location surrounded by pine trees
The villa is comfortable and perfect for our short stay
Note that there is not an oven or stove if you want to cook
But there is a BBQ with wood provided
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful part of Puglia
And thanks to the manager for his assistance in guiding us to the villa

Prachtige omgeving
Wij hebben deze locatie gebruikt om dagtochten te maken in de omgeving. Foto's op de site komen overeen. Een welkomstgeschenk als koffie en wijn was aanwezig. Communicatie (schriftelijk in het Italiaans via Google translate en mondeling in het Duits) met de eigenaar was goed. Voor een eenvoudige maaltijd is de keuken prima. Prachtige locatie, de tuin heeft mij verrast, prachtige tuin.
