Location unica, ha un gran potenziale ma é trascurata: mattonelle sollevate; piscina idromass scrostata con acqua verde e di cattivo odore; staccionata del percorso per la piscina marcia e pericolante; ascensor per arrivare in spiaggia si blocca e no aria condizion. Appena arrivati l'accoglienza alla reception é stata: "buongiorno dica"..neanche fossimo dal dottore! Per permettere la pulizia in camera (in quanto possessori di cane)la lasciamo alle 8:45 e aspettiamo fino alle 12:30..chiediamo spiegazioni e la risposta della PROPRIETARIA é stata: "la situazione é questa la prossima volta venite senza cane!" A cena chiedo al cameriere: "posso avere un cucchiaio?", lui: "perché che ci deve fare?" Sala da pranzo il tavolo non era apparecchiato, chiediamo il necessario; la risposta del maitre:"ma noi abbiamo già apparecchiato questo vuol dire che VOI avete spostato tutto!" Ore 9:00 colazione; noi: "ci scusi il tavolo in veranda non é apparecchiato potrebbe aiutarci?", il cameriere: "ok per questa volta!" Il cameriere si avvicina facendo rumore con i piatti mia moglie si spaventa; risposta: "stia tranquilla!" Servono torta ghiacciata e immangiabile, lo facciamo presente, risposta:"noi così la serviamo!". Due anziani bloccati nell'ascensore per andare in spiaggia per quasi un ora no aria condizion. Molti clienti ci hanno raccontato situazioni analoghe. Consiglio??..andate in strutture dove il servizio e l'accoglienza fanno la differenza e soprattutto dove non manca l'educazione

Tolle Lage, schöne Anlage !

Sehr schöne ruhige Anlage in schöner Umgebung, Strandliegen am Strand vom Hotel, Aufzug zum Strand (alles kostenlos), sehr schöner großer Pool. Wir hatten Halbpension, das Abendessen ist sehr lecker und reichlich (5 Gänge !), Getränke zu sehr fairen Preisen (Gute Weine). Wenn man keine HP hat findet man am Strand (5 min Laufweg) 3-4 nette Restaurants. Aber ich würde das Abendessen im Hotel empfehlen ! Nicht so gut: Die Zimmer sind etwas alt, sehr einfach eingerichtet. So gibt es z.b. nicht mal eine Leselampe für jedes Bett, sondern nur einen Schalter, um das ganze Licht im Zimmer ein/auszuschalten. Statt eines Kleiderschranke nur ein Regal .. bei einen längeren Aufenthalt ist das recht ungemütlich. Aber ansonsten haben die Zimmer alles was man braucht: Großer Balkon, Safe, Kühlschrank, großer Fernseher, Klimaanlage .. und einen sehr freundlichen Zimmerservice !

Panorama bellissimo dalla camera con vista monte Bartolo da un lato e vista mare dall'altro in posizione sopraelevata sulla baia di Vallugola.
