Unfortunately, our overall experience was quite disappointing. We were a group of 4 senior citizens, and despite informing the property multiple times in advance over the phone that we re going to be 4 senior citizens, we were still allotted rooms on the first floor in a property with no lift facility. This was extremely inconvenient and could have easily been avoided with better planning and communication from the property.
We also experienced a lot of insects and bugs at night, especially when the door was opened. The room had a strong and unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. When we requested room spray or any solution to reduce the smell, the staff informed us that they did not have any room spray available.
While the property has a good appearance, the lack of basic consideration for senior citizens, cleanliness/pest issues, unpleasant room odor, and limited staff support made the stay far from satisfactory.
Overall, considering the price we paid, I do not feel the stay was worth the money. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the experience for future guests.
