On the main level, a spacious living and dining room features an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and a double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 180 cm in length, with direct access to a 5 m2 balcony. This floor also includes 2 bedrooms: the first is fitted with a french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, served by a private shower and WC, while the second features a french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with its own shower and WC, and direct access to a 20 m2 terrace. An open kitchen on this level is fully equipped, and a separate WC is available for guests. On the lower ground floor, a second living room with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV provides an additional communal space, complemented by a separate WC. The upper floor hosts 2 further bedrooms, both furnished with french beds measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. One of these rooms benefits from a private bathroom with a bath, shower, and WC, as well as access to a balcony, while a separate shower and WC serve the remaining bedroom on this floor.
