Modern apartment in a central location!

Due to its convenient location, the lovingly furnished apartment is a perfect starting point for any leisure activities.

Equipped with two stylish bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, i.e. 3 beds per bedroom, it is particularly suitable for families. However, the sleeping arrangement can be made according to personal needs, as there is also a sofa bed in one of the two bedrooms. This means that the bedrooms could be occupied by 2 or 4 people. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a wardrobe. There is also a desk with a PC available for free use. WIFI free.

The living room has a large living area with a comfortable sofa and a large flat-screen TV including free Sky Sports and cable TV.

The well-equipped and newly furnished kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The most modern appliances and utensils as well as a Nespresso capsule coffee machine are available for you.

The two stylishly furnished bathrooms were recently redesigned and have a new look. Towels, shower gel and soap are available free of charge.

On the balcony, which is accessible from the two bedrooms, there is a wooden bench, four armchairs and a table - so nothing stands in the way of a cozy breakfast or dinner outdoors. The view of the mountain landscape is breathtaking.

In 2023, an additional ski and bike room was built, which you can of course use free of charge. There is also a dryer for ski or hiking boots.

The garden also leaves nothing to be desired. A playground with swings, trampoline, play towers, sandpit, table tennis table and a grill with table and seating sweeten your well-deserved vacation.

A carport for 2 cars is available for your cars! This eliminates the hassle of shoveling snow in winter. There is also an electric charging station.

Within a radius of just 1 km you can walk to 5 restaurants, department store, gas station, ATM, church, museum and many other tourist facilities.

Of course, our guests also have access to a ski bus, which is included in the price. The bus stop is only 100 meters from the apartment. The wonderful slopes tempt you to go skiing or snowboarding, you will be thrilled. You don't have to miss out on après ski, as there are many options there.

The Kohlschnait toboggan run is located in Bruck (7km). There at the hut you can spend a cozy evening with an idyllic atmosphere and the Diesel cinema in Bruck invites you to watch current films every day.

Right nearby is the Großglockner High Alpine Road, the highest road in Central Europe, which is only open in summer from May 1st. is open until October 31st. The view from the 'Kaiser Franz Josef Höhe' of the Großglockner, the highest mountain in Austria, and the Pasterze, the longest glacier in the Alps, is breathtaking. On the way to Großglocknerstrasse you pass the Ferleiten Wildlife Park with a large amusement park for children (4 km) and many interesting museums.

For anglers, the Fuscher Ache (100 meters next to the apartment) and the Zeller See (7km) or the Salzach (7km) are possible. The Fuscher Ache offers wonderful conditions for fly fishing. Fly fishing has been practiced for many years in places where ancient trout are still found and is one of the insider tips of the Austrian fly fishing scene (trout, char, grayling,...). Lake Zell with its excellent fish population (whitefish, whitefish, carp, pike, zander, perch, catfish, lake trout, roach, bream, etc.) is one of the most famous fishing waters in Austria. The Salzach also offers an angler everything his heart desires.

A day trip to our state capital Salzburg is always recommended. The journey time there is not too long at 1 hour, you will certainly be amazed by the attractions such as Mozart's birthplace in Getreidegasse, Hohensalzburg Fortress, Hellbrunn Palace, Haus der Natur, Red Bull Hangar-7, Mönchsberg, Gaisberg,...

For all pub lovers there is a beautiful pub complex in Bad Fusch, which is only 3 km from our apartment. Bad Fusch was long considered the after-spa resort of Bad Gastein due to its power places and springs and was very well known. Bad Fusch is also the starting point for many hikes and ski tours.

In general, there are a lot of hiking and ski touring opportunities in Fusch, not only that many 3000 mountains can be climbed (Großglockner, Sonnenwelleck, Fuscherkarkopf, Kloben, Brennkogel, Hohe Dock, Große Wiesbachhorn, Hoher Tenn, Spielmann, Johannisberg) but also easy, beautiful hikes with waterfalls and wonderful valley ends are around our apartment.

The ultra-modern Tauern Spa in Kaprun offers wonderful wellness and relaxation options in winter as well as in summer.

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und liebevoll eingerichtet ,der Wohn und Essbereich großzügig gestaltet. Wirklich alles ist vorhanden, was für einen Ferienwohnungsaufenthalt notwendig ist! Sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber, Familie Gimpl, haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen, persönlicher Kontakt war jederzeit da. Alles im allen wie zuhause! Dazu das gepflegte Anwesen und der eigene Gemüsegarten, welchen wir jederzeit mit benutzen durften, runden das Bild ab. Superschöne erholsame und sonnige Tage!

Top Appartement, herrliche Lage, alles perfekt!!!

Das Appartement ist super ausgestattet, modern und liegt gleich in der nähe von einigen Restaurants, Minimarkt und den wichtigsten Sachen die man benötigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.
