We were in Italy for 2 weeks and this was by far our favorite place to stay. The views from the deck were stunning and the place itself was so comfortable. Our host was super helpful and gave us lots of great recommendations. We really appreciated the welcome gift and the ease of checking in. I highly recommend this place for your trip to the coast.

This should be a model for all BnB's. Exactly as listed, very clean, great views, comfortable beds, good sized bathrooms. Water was provided in the refrigerator, snacks on the table. Coffee and tea pots. Local bus stops right outside the door. WIFI was fast. We 100% recommend to everyone!
