In the 400 m2 fully fenced garden, guests have a 36 m2 saltwater pool with sun loungers and parasols, a whirlpool, garden furniture for outdoor dining, a covered brick barbecue and a covered bicycle storage area for shared use. The owner lives on the ground floor of the house and there are several parking spaces directly in front of the house. The holiday flat Residence Mala 4 for 2 persons is located on the 1st floor of the house on a living space of 25 sqm and consists of a kitchen-living room with access to the balcony with garden furniture, a bedroom with double bed and shower/WC. Air conditioning and WLAN are available and included in the price.
