This residence is a family home in Funtana, just 100 metres from the beach. Restaurants, shops and the marina of Funtana are only a few minutes' walk away. There are a total of 4 newly furnished holiday flats in the house, one for 4 people, two for 2 people and one for 3 people. In the 400 m2 fully fenced garden, guests have a 36 m2 saltwater pool with sun loungers and parasols, a whirlpool, garden furniture for outdoor dining, a covered brick barbecue and a covered bicycle storage area for shared use. The landlord lives on the ground floor of the house and there are several parking spaces in front of the house. The holiday flat for 4 people is located on the top floor and has a living space of 70 m2. It consists of a kitchen-living room with satellite TV and access to the balcony with garden furniture and sea view, equipped kitchen with dining table, two bedrooms, each with a double bed and en-suite shower/WC, one of which has a balcony and sea view. Air conditioning and WLAN are available and included in the price.

Besonders sauber

Wir haben zu viert (2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager) eine Woche in dem Appartement in Funtana verbracht. Es ist sauber und modern sowie zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich die komfortablen Betten sowie die Sauberkeit. Toll die beiden Bäder sowie die Dachterrasse plus Balkon. Auch der Pool ist sauber und im Jacuzzi konnte man super entspannen. Ich hatte selten so eine tolle Wohnung. Zweimal ums Eck ist ein Lokal (Pizza, Fisch, Eis) und weitere Restaurants am Hafen.

Insgesamt sind wir zufrieden und empfehlen es weiter... außerdem ist das Olivenöl fantastisch

Man kann mit Sicherheit sagen, dass der Eigentümer sehr hilfsbereit ist, das Apartment sauber ist und die Lage für Ausflüge durch Istrien sehr gut ist!
