This is Heaven in the Atlantic

Welcome to my flat.

Large One bedroom flat that has been fully refurbished to a modern and simplistic look located in the hearth of Funchal on a 3rd floor and with parking inside the same building :)

The flat is very spacious, there´s even space for a small yoga class... if you are into it.

There are no gas appliances, everything is "green" and electric :) everything is LED even the TV.

If you like cooking the kitchen has an induction hob, electric oven and the usual kitchen accessories :) It's not Gordon Ramsay grade but I think it's alright.

The bedroom has a large double bed, built-in closet, large mirror and access to the balcony

The living room is an open space with dinning room and kitchen, there is also a sofa that transformes into a double bed you know like the transformers movie?

The bathroom, spacious with a bathtub just in case you fancy a bubbly relaxing evening after those long levadas walks.


The balcony... it's big-ish with two chairs and a small table for those outside breakfasts :)

There is also a sunbathing bed to chill and maybe work on your color :)


If you need anything I'm available most of the times, so if you get lost in the city or need a good place to eat, chill, drink or to go to... just message me and I will help out.

Moving around:
- Walk in the city, very easy from this location.
- Car park in the building makes it very easy to park in this area
- Taxis in front of the building door, actually they are on the left but you get the the taxi ahah
- If you go to Old Town there are Tuk-Tuk that can take you for a stroll around the city, it's good fun.
- Cable car is also nearby, it will take you uphill to Monte and if you feel adventurous, take a ride on down on the Carro-de-Cestos
- The VR1 (name of the islands main road) crosses the island almost from the most Eastern point to the Western point, it's near and you most likely will use it to go somewhere else outside the city

Nice apartment

Nice apartment with a basement garage , well located in Funchal, near mercado do lavradores, zona velha etc...and a bottle of Madeira wine… we did appreciate. Thanks
