We were quite happy with the location of the property. Atlantic Holiday did an excellent job of keeping us informed and the check in went smoothly. Their use of videos showing entry to the suite was a great idea. Two issues prompted a less than perfect rating: 1. The freezer had iced over badly and while Atlantic responded promptly to address the issue it still had to defrost and there was quite a bit of work on our part to clean up the water from melting ice. That said, the freezer worked fine from there on. 2. We were very disappointed to find the kitchen was invaded by tiny ants. We appreciate that this can be a problem in older buildings in that area but nonetheless it put a damper on our stay as we had to continually eradicate a new platoon of these little pests on and in the kitchen table, and countertops and cupboards. We are sure this would not be a surprise to Atlantic and suggest the need for a thorough fumigation at some point to hopefully eliminate the problem. Without these 2 issues it would have been a very good stay. Hopefully Atlantic can fix the problem for the future.
