Lovely hotel, friendly staff and very clean. The reception team are excellent! Really friendly and helpful. Situated Within walking distance to the centre of town and with lots of excellent restaurants around the area. It would’ve been nice if our coffee & tea was replenished everyday without been charged, I think that is part of the service in my opinion. The alcohol prices at the top bar are astronomical and there’s no prices available so when we got the bill were shocked by it. All in all a good experience

Just back from a week staying at Next Savoy Signature. We booked a studio room with sea view and were not disappointed. The room was large & bed very comfortable. It had a large balcony overlooking the pool & sea. Staff all very friendly & helpful. Breakfast buffet was amazing, huge choice of hot & cold food. We also had an evening meal in the restaurant by the pool, food & staff there were excellent also. I would highly recommend & would stay there again if returning to Madeira.

Good quality price ratio

The room was clean, we had great service for the time we were there. The only negative point was the smell in hallway during the day. It smelled like sewer those Times but when we entered the room it was ok. We had a room in the second building next to the pool with a kitchen Which was useful and well equiped. The location is perfect, not too close but not too far from the city, a 15-20 minutes walk.

Good hotel with great location, lacking in service

The hotel is ideally located and short walk to the town and local restaurants. The pools are great with beach/sea access. We did find it disappointing that on several occasions when trying to get a sun lounger, it was impossible due to people taking them for the full day. Service was very hit and miss with waits at the bar as well as reception for any assistance. We had been promised a welcome drink due to a sepcial occasion which never arised, even when we asked about it. Overall, service levels can certainly be improved.
