La casa de diseño moderno se compone de dos dormitorios con grandes áreas mucho y solarentos. La habitación doble tiene un balcón orientado al sur, la bahía de Funchal, con sillas y una hamaca para relajarse. Además de la magnífica vista se puede disfrutar del sol todo el día y ver los fuegos artificiales en las temporadas festivas.
La segunda habitación tiene dos camas dobles. Esta planta tiene un baño completo.
En la planta baja se encuentra el comedor y sala de estar, un baño de servicio, una cocina totalmente equipada y acceso a un patio muy acogedor con sillas de jardín.
El cambio de ropa de cama y toallas y servicio de limpieza semanal. Puede solicitar el servicio adicional de controlar la limpieza diaria, con el pago adicional.
También podemos organizar taxis aeropuerto de transferencias con conductor confiable, servicio de canguro, actividades de surf mar, paleta, sorbo, windsurf, barco por la costa para ver delfines y otros animales marinos, recomendado y pagado localmente.

Great outdoor space. The view from the deck off the bedroom is fabulous. The apartment has character and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Hugo, the host, was very welcoming and made us feel right at home.

Hugo is a great host full of little attentions in the rental place and always present for any questions. The appartment in great, a few minutes from centre of Funchal with a stunning view.

A wonderful host, a lovely house and a great location

Looking out over old Funchal towards the harbour, the house has panoramic views south over the Atlantic and across Funchal. Hugo, our host, was kind, generous and attentive, leaving us small gifts and treating us to a poncha in nearby Camara de Lobos. Highly recommended for relaxation and location.

Great value for family

Hugo was a delightful host and the accommodation was very spacious and well equipped. A steep but short walk from the old town that was plentiful in good value bars and restaurants. For a family on a budget this was great!

Hilly neighorhood

Place was great. The host was very friendly and welcoming. My only complain is the location. It’s on a hilly neighborhood. It is not ideal for anyone with mobility issues.

The apartment is as described. Loved the quaint neighborhood and the wonderful view from the balcony. Hugo went above and beyond to make our stay great and comfortable. Excellent place and host.

2 wonderful patios in this unit. Great kitchen facilities for cooking - even sharp knives. Very quiet at night. Lots of coffee and restaurants within 5 min walk. Hugo is very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again

A home from home

Hugo's apartment was so well equipped with everything we could have needed. Hugo is kind, friendly and helpful. It is full of quirky art work amd there's even a gramophone.

Great host

Ideal property for the two of us for an extended break. Everything you need in an apartment. Hugo is one of the nicest people you can meet and does every thing he can to ensure you have a great time. The position in the old town is ideal. The view from the balcony is better than the photos

Well equipped spacious property with great views

Hugo is a very obliging and cheerful host. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The rooms were very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. There are great views of Funchal from the property. It is located close to the centre but is up a steep hill.

Wonderful views and spacious apartment

Wonderful views over the city and harbour. We really appreciated big balcony and terrace and well equipped kitchen. Hugo welcoming and easy to contact. Location not suitable for those with mobility issues or children in buggies etc due to steep hill!

Quirky townhouse with great views.

A very clean, well equipped, slightly old fashioned and quirky town house, with great views down to the harbour, and the Saturday night fireworks, from the upstairs terrace. The owner, Hugo, is a wonderfully friendly and helpful host and made sure we had all we needed. He organised our airport taxis pick-up. Would stay again.

2 decks, well appointed, and wonerful host

2 outdoor decks were very nice, great location, could walk to downtown Funchal but took taxi back each night. The grades of the streets are upwards of 45%.

Hugo is a wonderful host, very helpful

Great location - away from the busy tourist section but close enough for a pleasant walk(just be prepared to walk uphill coming home). Good exercise! The apartment had alot of old world charm and the all the amenities for cooking and washing clothes

Amazing view, worth the climb

The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The view from the main bedroom is beautiful in the evening, and to wake up to in the morning. Definitely worth the steep climb out of town. Local coffee shops and small mini-market close by. Hugo is an excellent host, welcoming and accommodating.

Home of an artist

Fantastic art home. Great interior and funny items. Was truly an inspiration living here. A very Nice and Big City appartement with a beautiful view of Funchal and the sea. Hugo Was beyond friendly and We can reccomend him for sure. Thank you Hugo. We Will come back

Fantastic house

Sizeable property with lovely courtyard and balcony. Totally private whilst in amongst the locals. Lots of cafes and bars within walking distance. Steep walk back up from town but the no. 15 bus stop is just up the hill and you can walk downhill from that. Fabulous south facing view. The house has everything you could want and more. Thank you Hugo for everything.

Really well equipped and in a great position to get easily into Funchal centre

We had a great week in this lovely apartment, well positioned for watching the cruise liners come and go (even better if you bring your binoculars) and for getting into Funchal centre. Hugo was very hospitable and they've clearly thought of everything when decorating and equipping the apartment. I'm sure we'll be back another time. We did a motorbike and sidecar tour while there - it was fab and we'd recommend it to anyone.
