Funchal Apartment, With Pool

Inviting and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a private condominium and closed to third party access. The whole area of the building is wheelchair accessible, whether in courtyard areas or even inside buildings equipped with several elevators.
The condominium area is open to access and includes several patios with traditional Portuguese cobblestone flooring, consisting of flower beds built in basalt stone, with ornaments of period / traditional flowers and also a leisure area with a ping pong table. . In addition to the courtyards, we invite you to enjoy the garden area, right by the pool. Our reasonably sized swimming pool is open access, featuring around the solarium area.
We think we have the conditions to have a quiet holiday, either as a couple or even for small families with up to 2 children.
The apartment is a T1, in the living room has a sofa bed suitable for both adults and children, allowing the maximum stay of 4 people, however it is recommended.
The guest house is in the city center, with many restaurants and bars nearby, the Madeira Casino, the emblematic Santa Catarina Park, all within a 2-minute walk.
The nearest Hospital is a 10-minute walk away, while a pharmacy is halfway.
Access to private and covered parking.

Lägenheten är bra. Mycket tyst och ganska bra utrustad. Sängen liten men ganska bekväm. Läget är bra men en ganska jobbig backe upp från stan. Mycket bra med parkering om man hyr bil. Väldigt fin pool men solstolarna är inte de bästa. Några detaljer: Vissa saker anges i beskrivning men finns inte, strandhanddukar, toapapper, kryddor. En del lampor trasiga och byttes inte trots påtalande. Saker som borde finnas i vår mening är brödrost, soffbord och en fläkt (lägenheten var outhärdligt varm, dag som natt)! Man kunde även fylla på med diskmaskinstabletter så vi slapp köpa ett helt paket. Ugnen fungerade inte men lagades sista dagen efter lite strul med att de inte kom vid utlovad tid två gånger. Fanns inga ombyten av sängkläder eller handdukar, kunde kommunicerats att dessa skulle bytas ut en g/vecka.

Alles perfekt

Hervorragend ausgestattetes Apartment in der 4. Etage eines 8-stöckigen Hauses, gute Lage nahe dem Zentrum (ca. 10 min zu Fuß zum großen Supermarkt Pingo Doce; kleine Bäckerei, Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke), Check-in und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat perfekt geklappt. Einziges kleines Manko: Das Bett ist etwas hart und unbequem - das empfindet aber wahrscheinlich jeder anders. Empfehlenswert!
