This property has three bedrooms, with excellent natural light and a relaxing atmosphere: a suite with double bed, closet and private bathroom with bathtub; two bedrooms with closet, one of them with two single beds and the other with double bed.
Large living room with dining table, a small work area, and an inviting sitting area. The access to the balcony is through the living room. In this exterior space, besides a privileged view over the horizon and the building's gardens, you can enjoy leisure moments, read a book or have a coffee.
The property also has a guest toilet, an equipped kitchen with dining area and a separate laundry room.
During the stay in this apartment is allowed to use the swimming pool, tennis court, gardens and playground common to the condominium.

AREA
The property is located in Rua Velha da Ajuda, Monumental Palace II building, consolidated area with attached trade and services, just few minutes from Praia Formosa. This gated community is inserted in a quiet and safe area, close to the Funchal city centre and the promenade that connects Funchal to Câmara de Lobos. In this area you will find the Forum Madeira shopping center, several restaurants, bars, pastry shops, pharmacies and other services.
If you choose to go to the Funchal city centre know that there are several points of tourist interest and information on cultural activities, radical activities, activities linked to nature, whatever the purpose of the visit to Madeira Island.

Construction works are underway in the vicinity of the property, so occasional daytime noise may be observed.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
-Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
-The reservation of stay for this property requires a deposit (of 150 euros) in advance.
