Great location, but parking will get you

This unit was beautiful and felt brand new. The location is fantastic -- right on a narrow, cobblestone street packed with restaurants. It's super clean and comfortable. On the downside, there is NO street parking that is reasonably accessible, so you end up using a parking garage a few blocks away - cost: 1.90 per hour. There are no foods or condiments in the unit, just two coffee pods for our three day stay, not even any sugar. You can buy coffee pods at the local market, but we could only find boxes of 16 which is way too many for our trip. The unit also needs soap dishes for the bathroom sink and shower. When you shower, your shampoo and soap have to sit on the ground.Other than those flaws, we REALLY enjoyed our stay. Funchal is amazing and the unit is super safe and comfortable.

Super Woche in Funchal
