Beautiful place

We had a beautiful stay, the view is just stunning and definitely worth the stay. The only negative thing is that is it very very humid, I would suggest owners add a dehumidifier but other that than it was percect

Absolutely beautiful view from the balcony and master bedroom.

Absolutely beautiful view from the balcony and master bedroom. About a 10-15 minute Bolt ride to Funchal depending on traffic. Great neighborhood. Beautiful pool area and cooking area outside in the complex on the ground level. Would stay here again!

Good overall

Staying at this property was overall a positive experience. The location was fantastic although is on top of a steep hill so know that for driving purposes. I do wish they left more supplies at the house such as toilet paper and more towels for bathing but those are small things. NO AC and no fans which surprised me but, we went in July and were pretty comfortable without those things.

So Humid and cold

The view was spectacular but the lodging was so humid (cold humidity) that all of our clothing were wet. Even just by sitting on the bed, our pants were wet. It was cold and. No heating except a little heating machine that we put in the middle of the living room to try and remove the humidity but didn’t do any good, the door nob stayed in our hand and we could not even use the pool cause it was too cold. It was so humid that there was moles in the bathroom, make sure to rent in the summer time, when it’s really hot. Hopefully it will be less humid.

Seule la vue correspond aux photos. Le logement est insalubre, humide avec des tâches de moisissures sur les murs, le rideau de douche, meubles délabrés, prise électrique pendante. On nous a proposé de faire les travaux durant notre séjour mais nous avons refusé car ce n est pas comme cela que nous imaginons nos vacances. Nous estimons qu au prix payé les travaux doivent être fait avant pour que le logement soit en état dès notre arrivée. La communication avec l hôte a été difficile, nous voulions être relogés mais rien nous a été proposé sachant que c'est une grosse agence de location qui a comme devise feel like AT home autant dire que ce n était vraiment pas le cas.
