Really awful management, had to cancel our stay due to a medical emergency. Had asked management for a letter of cancellation or no show for my insurance policy and they’ve ignored all requests and have refused to provide evidence which means we can’t even go through the travel insurance to get some of the money back. Really disgraceful service and would advise to stay away from booking with such an awful company due to the lack of general help.

Uma bela estadia no centro da cidade

Localização muito boa. Podiam ter prevenido que seria um terceiro andar sem elevador (torbou-se um problema para as malas…). Além disso , se o sofá cama fosse de casal teria sido top. Para fibalizar, tem que resolver o escoamento do duche - é muito lento. De resto tudo impecável.
