Fully stocked and furnished 3 bedroom home with washer dryer in unit. Rent includes all utilities. Attached Automatic Garage and 3 Assigned parking spaces. Shorter term rentals may be available for qualified applicants.

Large private fenced yard with swing set and eating/grilling area. Work desk and Futon in 3rd bedroom (Futon opens to Full size bed). Kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils/pots/pans as well as basic cooking items. Complimentary Coffee and Tea station. 3 Tv's all equipped with free access to Disney Plus and Netflix. Quiet rural neighborhood close to neighborhood park and walking trail.
