The property location was very different, though not bad. The property needed to be properly cleaned. The floors in the main area and bathroom were not properly cleaned. The toilets needed to be cleaned and had urine stains. There was also mold in the corners of the bathrooms.

All went well

Home was Clean, as advertised and plenty spacious for our crew. I haven't VRBO'd in a while so I'm assuming the checking in and communication would've been easier if I just downloaded the app. Owner had clear instructions for the gate, garage door and home. All good. I hope we did our part to make the rental painless as well.
