The house looked really nice when we pulled into the driveway, but the inside and backyard are really run down. The carpets are stained, paint on base boards has peeled off, drawers in closets don’t open/close, and the tiles that the table in the backyard is on are dangerously uneven. We kept finding ants in the primary closet and in the kitchen by the stove. I had to go buy ant spray to get rid of them. We we not left a sponge in the kitchen. The garbage disposable either didn’t work or was just turned off. The listing shows a full set of very nice pots and pans… the only cookware I could find were old and rusted. I asked The manager about them and he never addressed the issue even though he answered all my other questions. The towels were terrible too…old and threadbare. Ended up buying some to use from a nearby Target. What I thought was rust on the shower drain turned out to be a wad of hair!!! It wasn’t mine either!! I wish I could have found someplace else close by to stay because if I did I would have left. I have never left such a review and debated leaving one at all for this house…would hate for someone else to spend a lot of money and be as disappointed as we were

Our host had great communication and made our accommodations possible. Everyone loved the activities around the house and the pool. There are some things around the house that need a little TLC but that just tells me that people like to stay at this home.

Very disappointed

This property needs a lot of work. Old towels, old pots and pans. Ants and bugs in the bedrooms. No closet doors. There were broken chairs in the garage when we arrived that the owner claimed on our insurance policy they required be purchased after we checked out. They also claimed other damage or missing items that absolutely did not occur during our stay. We feel deceived.

This property had a great layout for my family of 10. We really loved the open kitchen living room area. We really enjoyed staying here. The host had great communication with us. Improvement is the pool/back porch area could have been cleaned better before arrival. Also minor fixes to amenities like pool table and pool outside would be great if heated.

Great location… close to Disney and shopping centers

Overall, our stay was average. We really appreciated the proximity to the parks and local grocery store. Home provided entertainment for our little which was a plus! We were not happy with the cleanliness of the house … the showers were not cleaned properly… it seems like the people who cleaned were in a rush to clean before we arrived. We washed cookware before as well as they also didn’t seem to be cleaned properly. Overall, cleanliness of the house was lacking. Also! Make sure to read check in instructions well as address listed on VRBO is different and property manager does state that on the check in details.

The good- -The pool, kids loved it. -Updated kitchen and bathrooms. -Nicely decorated. -Easy check in/out and good communication with host. -Decent residential neighbourhood. -Close to the main highway and close to stadiums in Anaheim. The not so good…. -Clumps of hair on sheets upon arrival -addressed with host who offered to have housekeeper return to clean -Undergarnets found in the master bathroom drawers. -All bedrooms could use a refresh & more outdated then appears in the pictures. Carpets stained, closet door off hinges and broken ceiling fan. -The exterior pool deck needed a bad rinse down and/or pressure wash, your feet would turn black as soon as you got out of the pool. -Pool cleaned weekly, but pool could use a deeper clean. -Could use a couple usable pans. All in all the stay was ok.

Birthday Vacation

The home is absolutely gorgeous. It has a resort feel just as described which is what I was going for to celebrate my 53rd birthday along with my family. I love this home so much that I will book again as I frequently travel to California.
