Can see that home has been updated in areas but needs a major deep cleaning! I don’t typically leave negative reviews but this home was not up to basic standards, signs of major wear and tear that need to be addressed and also needs a good deep clean. The air conditioning was also shut off when we arrived at the home, I understand trying to save money by turning up the temperature when the home is not occupied but it was 86 degrees inside the home when we arrived and took several hours to get it cooled down to a reasonable temperature, which made it very uncomfortable since we arrived at night. We were surprised because the property had such good reviews so not sure where the disconnect was.

We had a wonderful stay at this home during our vacation. The house was very clean and well maintained, which made it feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The beds were especially comfortable, and everyone in our group slept well throughout our stay.The layout worked perfectly for our group of six, with plenty of space for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and easy stay.Another big plus was the location. It was conveniently located near Disneyland, making it an easy drive to the park each day, which was perfect for our vacation plans.Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again on a future trip. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with plenty of room for a group or family

Great place to stay

The house was exactly as advertised. The property was large enough to accommodate our family of 4 adults and 3 children. The owner was very helpful and responded to questions within a couple of minutes. 10 minute drive to both Disney and Knott’s. 25 minute drive to the beach. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would definately stay here again and recommend it to other families.

We enjoyed our stay in Fullerton. Jimmy kept in contact before and during the stay often and instructions for the house use were very accurate. The house was comfortable and we had plenty of room for us and our adult children. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and is extremely close to Disney and the Angels Stadium which are two places we went while visiting southern CA.

Great property near Disney!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Jimmy was really a good host and checked in regularly if we needed anything. The house was equipped with a functional kitchen which was useful as we were traveling with a 1 year old. The house was very clean and we were given more towels on request. The location of the house was great wrt Disneyland. I will rebook this next time whenever I am in LA

Perfect Base for Disney Access

The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and yet minutes away from a variety of shops, stores and restaurants. It is a 15-minute drive to Disneyland, which allowed us to nap our grandson and later get him in bed at a reasonable hour while the rest of the family stayed until the park closed at midnight. Communication with the owner was excellent and we are grateful for the accommodations, which made a family vacation possible.

We rented this property for a family trip to Disneyland. The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean, & accurate to the listing. It was a quick drive to Disneyland. Also close to a shopping center & Walmart. I would rent this house again in the future. It was perfect.

Family Trip

From the moment I made the reservation, I was comfortable with our stay. We got to the house and it was cozy and more then enough room for us all. There were extra blankets and the home was very inviting. We are hoping to come back this year for an annual stay!

Great stay in Fullerton

Nice place in a nice neighborhood. We stayed in this home to attend a rams football game. Its a great location, only 45 minutes from sofi stadium and minutes from disney attractions. Jimmy is a great host. And took good care of us.

Disney home base

This property is close to Disneyland in a nice safe neighborhood. It was Christmas time and all the homes were lit up for the holidays. It was close to stores and other necessities. The house was clean and modern inside. 6 adults shared the space comfortably. The check in and the check out process was very easy and the home owner was very good with communication. We will definitely rent this property again.

Great House!

We only utilized this house as a home base for our Disney vacation but we were pleasantly surprised that the photos accurately represented what the house was. Clean, updated and nicely decorated. It was very close to the Disney parks as well as restaurants and shops. We would definitely recommend this home to potential renters!
