P1 - Large apartment at the gates of Kassel

The apartment of the SOVA Pension in Fuldatal is located just outside Kassel and is therefore easy to reach by car and public transport.

GERMAN:

The accommodation consists of a house section with private access and overall

° 7 bedrooms
° 1 living / dining room
° 1 fully equipped kitchen and
° 2 baths

distributed on two floors. The section of the house impresses with its size of approx. 155 sqm and is therefore perfect for groups of 8-14 people. The large fully equipped kitchen is on the first floor. In the neighboring living / dining room you can perfectly fortify yourself with a good breakfast for the day or end the evening with a cozy meal.

Another unit can be added through a connecting door and would create space for up to 24 people. This ad is also displayed on this platform, insofar as both units are free.

We are also happy to provide two cots for smaller guests and, if desired, can set up a child-friendly play and dining area.

Animal friends are also welcome on request - we look forward to your visit!

ENGLISH:

The accommodation comes with 7 rooms, one fully equipped kitchen, a living area and two bathrooms on two floors. In total you have 155 sqm to your disposal and it is a good fit for large groups between 8-14 people. Furthermore there is a dining area for up to 12 people which can be used for all kind of activities (small conferences, (bachelor-) parties etc.).

Furthermore we can offer two baby beds for our small guest and can organize a child-friendly play corner and dining space in order to ensure you loved once have a memorable stay.

Upon request we offer dog owners to bring their pets as they are warmly welcome too - we look forward to your stay!

Accommodation in Fuldatal-Simmershausen, right at the gates of Kassel and therefore easy to reach by car and public transport.

The city center can be reached by car (12-15 min.) Or by bus and train (25 min.) Within a few minutes. In the immediate vicinity there is a shop, bakery, pharmacy and a snack bar. A variety of activities (e.g. Therme, world cultural heritage mountain park, climbing forest, museums) invite you to discover. The bus stop is right outside the door. The house is perfect for couples, families or larger groups.

You live in a calm community in close proximity to Kassel. You can easily reach the different venues by public transport or by car. We are offering multiple rooms over two floors, hence suitable for larger groups. You can reach the inner city of Kassel sights by car in 12-15 minutes or by public transport in 25 minutes. In close proximity you will find a small shopping possibility, bakery, pharmacy and a snack point. The bus stop is just meters away on the main street. This house is a perfect match for couples, families and large groups.
