Clean, friendly staff, fine breakfast, though not completely laid out at opening. A bit of a hike from the train station, but very close to major attractions and nice park (the Auepark).

Centrally located with easy walking access to shopping and restaurants. Staff was friendly, helpful, and the breakfast was well presented, delicious and offered my food choices. Outdoor beer garden also offered a peaceful surrounding a great food.

close to the cathedral, quiet street

Small room didn't leave much space for an open suitcase. Mattress was very firm, bordering on uncomfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Unexpected breakfast included, welcome email and letter only in German.

Clean and modern rooms in an historic hotel. Knight's armour greets you in the lobby.

A few wrinkles

This would be a good hotel, if they improved the Internet. For people staying on business, having no usable access, either wired (very slow and intermittent), or wireless (limited to the foyer) makes this hotel a no-go. The property itself is in a great location, and the service is really good. Internet is a must these days though, so a little investment could reap big rewards.
