I am writing this cautionary review to inform potential guests about my deeply disappointing and misleading experience at this property. It is imperative for prospective customers to exercise extreme caution before making a reservation at Asante Sana Beach Cottages, the hotel's isolated location makes it unsuitable for families. Owner is only money Orientated and not customer focused. The property's advertisement on Expedia does not accurately represent the reality of the hotel. Upon arrival, we discovered that the serene and idyllic setting depicted online was far from the truth. Contrary to the inviting images, the property was under construction and seemed deserted, creating a disheartening atmosphere. This clear misrepresentation misleads potential guests and sets unrealistic expectations. Furthermore, Asante Sana Beach Cottages falsely portrays itself as a family-friendly establishment, while in reality, it is far from it. The isolated location, nestled over 15-25 minutes away from the nearest public beach, makes it inconvenient and impractical for families with children. The lack of nearby amenities or entertainment options further exacerbates the problem, leaving families with limited options for leisure or recreation. Additionally, the exorbitant pricing per night charged by Asante Sana Beach adds insult to injury. We left as we arrived as it was not safe to stay at the hotel. Owner didn’t care and we lost the money paid through Expedia.
