Everything was fine and appropriate with the property and staff. The food options at Breeze restaurant is poor. Caters mostly to non-vegetarian and only continental cuisine. The restaurants are always under staffed. Long waiting time.
A Massive thanks to ALL the staff at Radisson Blu Fujairah for making our first (definately NOT last) stay in U.A.E . so superb!!! It really was a wonderful experience and for the $ we paid you excelled yourselves!!! We stayed 10 nights all inclusive and were blown away by the high standards of all the staff, they really could not do enough for us (unfortunately, they're too many to name individually). The food was lovely, hot and tasty. The belly dancing entertainment was amazing and the weather was fantastic!!! We spent most of our time on the clean and very well life-guarded beach, there was a beach hut to get refreshing drinks from (beautiful Margaritas)!!! We did use the pools too and they were spotless & again patrolled by expert life-guards Our room was quiet with spectating sea views and always kept clean & tidy with entertaining towel arrangements!! We did a desert safari which was a WOW....dune-bashing, camel rides, henna tattoos, sunset over the desert, sheisha pipes and a bar-b-q.....AMAZING!!! It was an amazing holiday and we will be back to Radisson, so a MASSIVE thanks to you ALL. LOVE YA XX :)
my husband and i along with our 2.5 years daughter joined our friends for a 1 night stay from 13-14 September 2017. the initial reaction was that the hotel is a bit old and needs renovation especially the rooms. when we first stepped into the room, it smelled weird, the bathtub was old and needed cleaning as i found a hair on it. but i general the room was comfortable and with a very nice view of the ocean and the pool. they even brought to us an extra baby crib without us asking and it was a very nice gesture from the hotel. the pool area is really nice especially the kids pool and pool bar. the restaurant was a bit busy during dinner and felt like the staff was short. but everyone was really nice. food varieties was not much but tasted ok. loved the deserts and fresh fruit. even after checking out we stayed in the pool till 4:30 and the staff took our luggage to the cars. and i think the money value was ok, we booked all inclusive so we enjoyed breakfast, dinner and lunch and unlimited soft drinks in the restaurant and at the pool. i would go back again.
The hotel itself is nice and clean, and they are having really good deals online. Checkin was fast, but even I booked through their own website there was no gift waiting for me in the room (I'm a Gold Elite member of Club Carlson) - all except that thing were really smooth.
It wasn´t my 1st time in UAE, but 1st time at Fujairah, so I can compare my vacations and different places in UAE. Place: Dibba Al Fujairah is approximately 90 minutes from Dubai Airport (DXB). Radisson Blu Resort Fujairah is big resort few kilometers from Dibba Al Fujairah. Nearest hypermarket called Lulu is approximately 8 km away and you need to use a taxi or shuttle to get there. For transport to Dubai Mall provided by hotel you have to pay. Transport to shopping centre in Fujairah city is for free - I think is provided by shopping centre. For people which want to stay for whole vacation in resort it is nice place where to stay. If you plan to do a few trips to Dubai then is better to be closer to Dubai if you don´t want to spend more than three hours just with transport. Room: Room size was a bit smaller than my other visits of UAE but room was well managed, sea view was amazing and in room was everything what you need for a nice vacation. Hotel has three main buildings with rooms and few another buildings used for suits and big families. I was at building no. 2 and at 2nd floor which is close to sunbeds and beach. I enjoyed see view everyday from balcony and this was amazing. Also every day I had a small surprise in my room - animals made from towels. Amazing work of my housekeeper Saikumar. He was a nice and helpful person with supervisor skills. Beach: Very long and spacious. Sea was during my time just a few days quiet without strong waves. Most of time was a yellow flag and some days only red flag - rough sea. I enjoyed few days with small waves swimming in the sea and it was pretty good. When yellow flag was on sometimes comes strong waves so you have to be careful when you go inside or outside to be sure that wave will not smashed you. Which was sometimes with a feel of adrenaline. Some people like it and enjoy just a waves but I prefer calm sea where I can swim all the time. In compare to my other vacations in UAE there wasn´t a calm sea - maybe in cause of Indian ocean. Other visits was with sea from Arabian gulf. Food: I had a half board which means breakfast and dinner. In some hotels you can choose if you want dinner or lunch. For me dinner is more important so it was ok for me. Breakfast was good and very similar to my other visits. Dinners were thematic and if you want to drink water during dinner than it is free. Every day of week you had another theme so it was nice to have another food everyday. Well, but thats all. In compare to my other stays food was good but not as good as my other stays. Some things and foods missed me. People: I spoke with many people in hotel. All of them was helpful and trying to do all what you want. Special thanks to Saikumar and people on the beach - Fernando and his colleague and also people from restaurant. Result for me: I you want so stay all the time in resort and enjoy a quiet place than it is for you. If you want to go outside - enjoy a walking not just in resort, shopping and visiting a different places then look for something closer to some of bigger cities.
Check in was quick and smooth. We were on All Inclusive and glad we chose that option. AI is from 11:00 - 23:00. There is a swim up bar in one of the pools, a beach hut and a bar in the hotel. Also a coffee shop which served gorgeous latte. Food was lovely. No complaints at all. All the staff are genuinely friendly and care about your stay. Nothing too much trouble. Toiletries in room replenished every day. Shampoo, body lotion, shower gel, cotton wool buds and soap. Rooms spacious but no sockets near a mirror which isn't helpful when you want to use straighteners but we managed. English sockets. We used the hotel 'bus' to Dubai. 100 dihrams - approx.£23. It runs Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday and if only two of you are booked then they provide a private taxi. It collects from hotel at 09:00 and drops you at the Dubai Mall about 1:45 hours later. Should pick you up at 20:00 but we called the driver and he came at 19:00. Great day out and we saw all we wanted too in Dubai. Beach towels are provided free of charge and are fresh and clean. Sun beds on the beach had thick cushions. Free safe and aircon in room. Only downside was lack of decent entertainment in the evening but this would not put me off returning. Weather as expected - fabulous. Good hotel for the money we paid.
Great location with a beautiful beachfront. Huge spaces with lots of backgrounds / areas to make the women happy...so many great selfie backgrounds ;) They have a nice bar pool with live djs in the evenings ... The decor of the rooms is pretty standard and looks a bit dated. The staff is courteous and the breakfast spread is really big. Dont miss the spa..its worth a visit. Some indoor with some good outdoor water and sport facilities. Checkin and parking facilities are slow..so plan ahead. And if you are staying in the villas...the Buggy takes forever and repeated reminders needed...
Reception staff wasn't nicely at all , room service they are taking more than 35 min to receive the order, they are so slow to finishing the checking out procedures , i got so tired to park my car and taking my luggage by my self
We arrived early unfortunately we couldn't get a room since they don't have availability. However they give us access to use their facilities. Well located. Beautiful hotel in the middle and mountain and the sea. It has 5 swimming pool and beach. Loved the atmosphere. Room was very big and balcony facing to the seashore. Advisable for family with children. Dinner was great but breakfast was 5* lots of selections with fresh juices. The only downside was upon check in while asking for the facilities and outlets where we could stay relaxing during the evening. I saw a lounge with live DJ . I asked to the receptionist and she's said " she have no idea and say sorry. She could have just said she gonna research and get back to us if she doesn't know. But that was her straight answer. Valet they were great. Bell assistant they were pushing each other who gonna assist. They need more training. This wat i felt. Though amenities and facilities was 5*
i had stayed here for a week with my spouse and i would say it was an amazing experience. The restaurant Bareez was also amazing..loved their grilled chicken. Must visit resort. The breeze and the wind and also we had an amazing sea view room well most of the rooms are and the staff was very good,
