Unsauber und mit unfreundlichem Inhaber

Die Wohnung ist optisch nett, aber nicht durchdacht - z. B. keine Leselampen am Bett. Die Terrassenmöbel sind komplett verwohnt. Die im Inserat angegebene Stereoanlage war nicht vorhanden. Leider war die Wohnung bei Übergabe nicht sauber. "Highlights" im negativen Sinne waren Kaffeesatz auf der Küchen-Arbeitsplatte, viel Dreck auf dem Balkontisch und ein komplett verschimmelter (!) Hefezopf im Küchenschrank. Der Inhaber hat auf die entsprechende Kritik absolut unprofessionell reagiert.

Mehr Schein als Sein!

Wir haben in der FEWO Säuling gewohnt. Leider war die Darstellung der FEWO etwas sehr geschönt! Diese FEWO ist nur für 2 Pers. geeignet. Sobald man mit mehr als 2 Pers. wird es eng und die manchmal notwendige Privatsphäre ist unmöglich zu erlagen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist ein im eigentlichen Wohnraum abgeteiltes Kabuff mit lautdurchlässigen dünnen Holzwänden. Der obere Bereich ist offen. Somit hört der in der Küche hantierende jeden Laut. Das sogenannte zweite Schlafzimmer ist eingenlich ein Abstellraum und niemals ein vollwertiges Zimmer mit einer sehr niedrigen Deckenhöhe. Das einzige was hervorragend war ist der Blick auf Neuschwanstein, Forggensee und Hopfensee. Wir füllen uns über den Tisch gezogen und würden diese FEWO für mehr als 2 Pers., auch wenn diese Kinder sein sollten, nicht empfehlen!

Silvester am Hofpensee

Guten Tag. An sich eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Leider spiegeln die Bilder nicht die wirkliche Größe der einzelnen Zimmer wieder. So dass das zweite Schlafzimmer eigentlich nicht als vollwertiges Schlafzimmer bezeichnet werden kann. Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben auch sofort die defekte Spülmaschine ausgetauscht. Oder wer soll seine wer gerne kocht, sollte eine grundausstattung für die Küche mit einpacken, da die Ausstattung der Küche sehr notdürftig ist. Die Wohnung ist wahrscheinlich für eine Familie mit Kindern perfekt. Leider für zwei Paare nicht optimal. Aber im großen und ganzen hat die Wohnung die Erwartungen erfüllt.

Schöner Ausblick auf die Voralpen mit entferntem Schloss Neuschwanstein

Die Lage ist sehr gut, speziell mit Hund, da man schnell auf Wirsen und im Wald ist. Auch zum Joggen. Sicht vom Balkon auf die Voralpen inklusive entfernt Schloss Neuschwanstein. Tolle Ausflüge rundherum znd natürlich zum Hopfensee. Leider wussten wir über die Buchung über Ferienwohnung nicht, welche Wohnung wir gemietet haben. Ursprünglich gewünscht im Erdgeschoss waren wir froh die Dachgeschosswohnung zu haben, da man dort eine offene Sicht hat. Im Erdgeschoss schaut man auf die Parkplätze und Strasse. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war für uns schwierig.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung für eine gemütliche Auszeit zu zweit.

Hervorragende Ferienwohnung für einen Aufenthalt am Hopfensee. Wunderschönes Bad mit toller Eckbadewanne. Schöner Ausblick vom Balkon und auch vom Schlafzimmer. Für 2 Personen optimal geeignet. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Fantastische Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist einfach fantastisch: toller Schnitt, riesiges Wohnzimmer, großes und schickes Bad, herrlicher Dachstuhl. Einzig das Schlafzimmer ist klein und sehr niedrig, sodass man sich leicht den Kopf stoßen kann – aber dann ist man wenigstens wach. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind ebenfalls wunderschön.

Mal servicio del propietario

Hay que tener cuidado si se alquila esta propiedad por los siguientes motivos; El propietario no está disponible (no contesta al teléfono). Si se queda a una hora con él y por cualquier circunstancia no puedes llegar a tiempo, como fue nuestro caso, es imposible ponerse en contacto con él. Se nos dio la situación de llegar al apartamento y no había nadie (hicimos al menos 20 llamadas a los diferentes números de teléfono que el propietario proporciona pero nos fue imposible ponernos en contacto con él). Empezamos a llamar a todos los timbres de la propiedad y nos atendieron otros inquilinos que habían tenido el mismo problema que nosotros. Nos proporcionaron el teléfono de una tercera persona (la chica que limpia los apartamentos) y a través de ella y siguiendo sus instrucciones por teléfono pudimos esa noche dormir en el apartamento. Nadie apareció en el apartamento. La única habitación de los apartamentos de arriba es como un "agujero", no apta si tienes claustrofobia. Cuidado porque cuando alquilas no sabes exactamente cuál es el apartamento que estás alquilando. El propietario, Andreas, no apareció en momento alguno. esa no es la forma de regentar un negocio de ese tipo. Por supuesto, NO volvería a alquilar este apartamento nunca.
