this hotel is situated in an ideal location in Costa Calletta in Furteventura. the shops bars ansrestaurants are all a shot stroll away. it is situated right on the sea front with lovely sea views from most of the rooms. unfortunately there is no beach just rocks but a short stroll away you will find the beach. There is also afree bus daily to take you to the sandy beach however thee is a small charge for the sun beds & umbrellas, The hotel is clean & bright and there are four swimming pools available one which is a lot quieter than the other should you prefer. The food was excellent a large variety and choice everyday. Most of the food such as steaks, chicken and chops were ccooked fresh in front of you. There was also a speciality section each evening such as Italian, Mexican, French dishes to name a few as well as the usual fresh salads, cooked meats, a choice of new or roast potatoes & chips. The rooms were spacious bright and comfortable, however the towels were only changed every other day which was a little disappointing. there was a varied choice of daily activities to suit everyone and there was also a Kids Club on site should you require it. The evening entertainment was good and varied with something for the kiddies as well. All in all an excellent enjoyable holiday. Would definately return to this hotel. There were quite a few guests we spoke to returned there year after year, which only goes to show what good value it is.
Loved it here and will be coming back. Hotel room very clean, comfy new beds with thick pillows. We had a wrap around balcony with amazing sea views. The pools were spotless and the staff were happy and helpful. The restaurant was great for breakfast and lunch, but the evening meals felt like they were very similar every night, but still lovely, would suggest if you are all inclusive to go out for dinner a couple of nights, as the meals out are also cheap.
We had a week here back in October 2012, and decided to come back again this year, again we were all inclusive and the variety of food was good and there was something for everyone, including my fussy 15 year old. As there are two pools there are plenty of sunbeds to go around and there are signs everywhere saying not to "book" the sunbeds with your towels as they will be removed, however I have to say there was a lot of French holiday makers doing just that, and no one said anything or moved the towels. The rooms were spacious and clean and the balcony was massive. This hotel seemed popular with lots of different nationalities, including French, German, Spanish and Polish. The all inclusive drinks were good especially the Sangria which we discovered late on in the week, and due to its bright colour, a good few holiday makers had asked us what we were drinking and one afternoon there was asked to least six couples dotted around us all drinking this lethal concoction. I will say it does get a bit windy in the evening so a jacket is needed, I only took a cardigan and had to buy a hoody
Loved everything about this holiday, food was great, entertainment was great every night something different, clean lovely rooms, staff were lovely and helpful, lovely place, drinks were fab, free water to take to rooms, just lovely, this is one place we would go back to
lovely hotel great accommodation .Downside not enough sunbeds and lack of a beach close by.Good friendly helpful staff and Thomas Cook Rep was very good.Entertainment at night in the hotel was lively and entertaining. The on site photographer is also excellent
Beautiful hotel beautiful room, restaurant out of this world they catered for every nationality, staff so friendly and helpful, entertainment brilliant for adults and children. Cleaniness of room and hotel superb. Could not find a fault. would definately go again.
Very nice hotel, great food & location, very nice staff, spacious room (living room+kitchenette+ bedroom), everything very clean. Only wifi could be improved ;) We stayed in June and it was fully booked, however we had no problmems with finding table in the restaurant or sunbed by the swimming pool (I was actually quite surprised that guests did not reserve sunbeds at dawn as it is in other hotels ;))
Booked a week here as a self catering break after a horrendous all inclusive holiday in menorca last September. We stayed in the antigua complex. Wow! What a surprise! The whole complex was fantastic. Very clean and welcoming. We had a one bedroom apartment which was huge and had everything you needed for your stay. Lovely pools and pool areas, plenty of sun loungers for everyone and located right next to the sea. We decided to give the restaurant a go and were very pleased we did. They had a good choice of food, plenty of it and piping hot. The whole of the servery area was very clean and the restarant team were very pleasant and helpful. The evening entertainment was good, may be not always great every night but nevertheless very entertaining and better than no entertainment at all or just having kids entertainment which has happened on previous holidays. Would definitely recommend this complex and would definitely go back.
Beautiful beautiful place, I cannot stress how much of an amazing time we had here overall, we are going back in November and we went back in August 2016 and we are bringing all the family, I have recommended this place to so many people and I have managed to persuade everyone to come back with me. First of all the hotel as a whole is lovely, its very spacious, clean, organised and surprisingly everything is easy to find once you get your baring's, the staff were lovely, really accommodating and polite as soon as you step in to reception, very warm and welcoming for sure. The pools were so clean, the surrounding areas were always well kept and organised, sunbeds placed nicely and the bars were always within a short distance as well as the toilets no matter which pool you were around, both pools very lovely. The bars had a lot to offer, the main snack bar was right next to one of the pools, within viewing distance and inside which made it convenient for if you wanted to eat inside and still keep an eye on your towels etc that you leave on the beds around the pool. The bar staff were great, very attentive and polite. The snack bar food was fine, not a huge range but it is a snack bar after all, we chose to just get a decent meal and be ready for the day, seemed worth while, however - the snack food really isn't bad at all, especially if you don't fancy leaving from around the pool for the restaurant! Plus there was always an ice cold drinks dispenser and cold bottles of water in the fridges for whenever you like. Pastries and fruit always on offer too. The actual restaurant itself - cannot fault, it caters for everyone, has lots and lots to offer every day for every meal. I am the only vegetarian in my family and I still managed to find something tasty and different to eat every time. Staff were quick to attend to you to grab you some drinks and there was always different afters to choose from too. Absolutely lovely and even better when being asked what drink you want (there is the option of a bottle of wine) Always a wide range of continental things to choose from at breakfast time as well as coffee's/tea's and fresh juice, always good to get there a little earlier to grab a nice table and to go through all of the pastries. The times that the buffet restaurant is open are from really convenient times, even if you miss breakfast you don't have to wait long for lunch time. The actual grounds of the hotel/apartments was well kept, had a little convenience store in the main grounds, sold a wide range of things you could need to quickly pick up if needed, there was a nice little store that sold nice items of beachwear and inflatables (which was always handy for around the pool), a few other little corner shops around, there was a shop where you could arrange for your photos to be taken, a small printing and photography shop, a small therapy shop where you could pay for anything from a facial, to a massage or even your nails done, on certain days/nights they had little stands where local businesses sold nice items that could be taken home, pool tables, games room, kids club, small playground more for toddlers, small children's pool attached to the main pools, toilets close by, an English pub which was close on the complex, that seemed very lively, a shop to purchase electric scooters and mobility scooters, and it was also very easy to book day trips out through the reception. There was a schedule for the activities for adults and children throughout the day as well as evening entertainment for all the family. The rooms were very clean, cleaned every day, without fail. The balconies were very big and even though it wasn't right on the front of the sea it was still a lovely view. I could go on, but the hotel and everything in general is fantastic! Would definitely recommend and I am excited to go back again for sure.
Amazing food and drinks, way above its 3star rating. The mealtime choices were superb and numerous including freshly-cooked to order selections. Hot food too not lukewarm. Drinks' table service in dining room. The friendliest and most cheerful hotel staff ever. We must also speak highly of the Animation team, organising games and events from 10a.m. till 11p.m. Most of the evening shows were of a high standard including the Animation team's own music-through-the-decades night. Our Superior double room had the largest kingsize bed imaginable, 7 or 8 English speaking tv channels, balcony, mini-fridge and a wonderful walk-in shower in the bathroom.(many different room kinds to choose from). Special mentions for waitresses Yaisa (funny) and Zaira. Also waiter Jose and the whole Animation team. All in all a brilliant hotel/holiday. We are returning very soon...!
