Casa Torres - Traditional Village Experience - 3 Bedroom House in Fuente Alamo
A newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house located at the top edge of the village of Los Canovas, with beautiful mountain views to the rear.
The property features a good size lounge and kitchen as well an outside terrace with BBQ area, where you can enjoy the beautiful Murcian weather all year round.
Ideally situated, it's just 30-40 minutes to most of the attractions in the region including cities and beaches. It is also close to the Via Verde which is perfect for walkers and cyclists.
The property is in a very small Plaza and looks out onto the countryside and mountains. Los Canovas is a traditional small Spanish village with a bar which serves lunches and tapas, 2 small grocery stores where you can get everyday essentials and another shop which sells a variety of items including clothes and accessories. There are several play parks for children to enjoy and plenty of opportunities to go walking.
Everywhere in Los Canovas is easily walkable. To get further afield, a car is pretty much essential, although there is a bus stop in the village. The local town of Fuente Alamo is a 15 minute drive and has a variety of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a swimming pool and a weekly market every Saturday morning. There is plenty of free on street parking at the property.
