You live in the middle of the most charming neighborhood of Fuengirola, Los Boliches. Within a few minutes walk you have access to lots of restaurants, cafes, shopping, the harbor and the grocery store are right across the street. Fuengirolas beautiful sandy beaches are within 400 meters of reach. Here you will meet a 7 km long promenade that invites you to beautiful walks, café, restaurant visits.
This unique penthouse with its characteristic sloping ceilings is consistently light, modern and gives a sense of both myth factor and style.The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher as well as a washing machine and has an open plan living area to the cozy living room. This nice room consists of 2 sofa beds, which with a good margin provide sleeping for another 2 people.
Even the bathroom is top class and also has a bathtub. The bedroom has built in wardrobes and the comfortable double bed is fully purchased. The apartment has an elevator and is located on the top of the third floor and is equipped with central AC, making it easy to regulate cold and heat throughout the apartment.
The floor has 2 amazing patios. A cozy balcony gives you a lovely view of Fuengirola, and a magnificent roof terrace that invites you to a wonderful view of the magic mountains and the city.On the rooftop terrace you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening.
