This three bedroom villa with a private pool is located in Torreblanca. A 1km walk will take you to the beach and the busy coastal promenade offering restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shops. The villa is conveniently close to the Carvajal train station (1.5km) and has easy access to the main road. There is a private garage space available (with an electric charge point), aircon units in the lounge and bedrooms and free WIFI.



This villa is arranged over two levels and is accessed from the street by a stairway to the first floor to the spacious terrace and pool area. The terrace benefits from sun loungers and a dining seating area with a parasol. Enter the villa to find the master bedroom, offering a king size bed, a double sofa bed, a desk and chair and wardrobes. There is also a 43" smart TV. There is a separate, adjoining room offering a further double sofa bed. Leading on from here you can find the master ensuite bathroom, fitted with a bath with a shower attachment.



Take the staircase up one floor to the living space and further two bedrooms. The separate kitchen is well equipped and benefits from a washing machine and tumble dryer. The open plan living space offers a dining seating area and a lounge space with a sofa, two chairs and a 55" smart TV. From the dining area, the covered and upper terraces can be accessed. The covered terrace enjoys a lounge and dining seating area and glass curtains. The outside part of the terrace benefits from a dining seating area and a gas BBQ. From here the pool can be accessed down the spiral staircase. The first guest bedroom offers a king size bed and fitted wardrobes. The second guest bedroom offers twin beds and a fitted wardrobe. Both bedrooms have access to the terraces and pool area. There is a guest bathroom on this level, fitted with a bath with a shower attachment.



Pool heating:

Available for an addition fee of 28€ per night with a minimum of 7 nights. Please be aware that the pool takes 3 days to heat, we have to be notified in advance, this service is not available for last minute bookings. The temperature should be between 23 and 28 degrees depending on outdoor temperature and the cover should be used whenever the pool is not in use.
