Welcome to this charming apartment with Fuengirola popular marketplace around the corner and with the beach just a short walk away. The apartment is located alongside the popular marketplace, Recinto Ferial, in Fuengirola where markets are held every Tuesday and Saturday all year round, here are also major events such as the International Food Festival in April / May as well as the larger local festival in October (to name a few) the Pool is located just to the right when you get out through the gate and in the building you have a Restaurant, Pharmacy and Car rental as well as nearby there are bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants and much more! The train station is about 10min walk away and there is also a bus stop and taxi rank nearby. When you enter the apartment you will meet a large and social living room straight ahead with a dining group for 4 to the left and a sofa and a Smart TV. From the living room you reach the large balcony with afternoon sun and a lovely view of the mountains and the neighborhood. The kitchen is newly renovated and fully equipped with all modern amenities such as dishwasher, oven and stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and much more. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, a total of 5 people can sleep in the apartment. There is also a toilet and a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with WIFI, A / C in all rooms, Dishwasher and washing machine, Smart TV, Printers and much more! The cleaning fee includes bed linen and linen in a set per person. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
