This lovely 80 m2 penthouse apartment has everything you need for your holiday. The location is perfect, very close to all amenities and close to the center of the vibrant city of Fuengirola, though very tranquil, so you can relax and enjoy your day.
The apartment is situated in a gated urbanization and consists of 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms , one of them with shower and tub and the other one with shower, a bright living/dining room with direct access to the terrace. The sofa in the living room is a convertible sofa bed (200 x 140) , a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, a laundry room with washing machine & dryer, a sunny south west facing terrace with fantastic views over the Mediterranean Ocean and mountains, and a huge 75 m2 roof terrace with lots of sun all day long, part of it as a conservatory , where you can enjoy the roof terrace also in windy days or in the winter. The views from both terraces are breathtaking over the Mediterranean Sea and mountains .
The entire apartment is furnished with comfortable, modern furniture in Scandinavian style. On the terraces you´ll find dining tables, a comfortable lounge, Weber BBQ and sunbeds and awning on the roof terrace.
The urbanization is very well-maintained and has a large pool and a children’s pool (approx. from 10/6-15/9), gym with table tennis and padel court, green lawns with parasols. There is a free private parking in the basement available for the guests and there are elevators, which takes you directly from the basement to the apartment.

The bus takes you to Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Malaga city and on the other side to the main bus station in Fuengirola, from where you can take the bus to Marbella. The train station in Torreblanca is only 15 minutes walk from the apartment. You can take the train directly from Malaga airport. The beach and the famous 7 km Fuengirola promenade is only 600 m from the apartment.
