The accommodation must be returned in reasonable conditions of order and cleanliness. We reserve the right to apply additional charges, which will be deducted from the deposit, in the following cases:

Considerable amount of unwashed dishes.

Accumulation of rubbish inside the dwelling.

Irreversible damage to towels or bedding caused by makeup, creams or chemical products.

At Mojo Rentals we prepare the accommodation so that it is in the best conditions before each arrival. However:



🏊 Community facilities (swimming pool, gym, etc.) may remain closed by decision of the community or by regulation.

🏗️ Maintenance work or renovations may be carried out in common areas.

🚧 We cannot be held responsible for noise, dust or inconvenience caused by works carried out by third parties in neighbouring buildings or on public roads, as these are circumstances beyond our management.
