La experiencia no ha estado mal, la zona de Fuengirola está muy bien y la ubicación de la casa ideal en primera línea de playa. Algunos inconvenientes han sido debidos a una reciente reforma de la casa con importantes carencias: enchufes inoperativos, interruptores de luz mal conmutados, ventilador de techo de la entrada inoperativo al haber perdido el mando, el pomo de la puerta de acceso al cuarto de la lavadora completamente suelto, falta de tostador de pan, aunque fue repuesto con rapidez, en fin.... Tengo que decir que nos hemos adaptado a estas carencias, pero lo que me ha parecido inaceptable es lo siguiente: el día de la devolución de las llaves vino alguien a casa que le echó un vistazo y me dijo que todo estaba bien. Pasadas unas 6 horas y cuando estaba llegando a mi destino, me llega un WhatsApp acusando a mi perro de haber dañado un baño en la planta de arriba y adjuntan una foto en la que no se distingue exactamente de qué se trata. Mi perro tiene artrosis y no sube escaleras. Tras llamar a mi contacto en la inmobiliaria GR Estates (intermediario) insisten en el daño producido y no hacen caso de mis explicaciones sobre la mascota. Al día siguiente me confirman por email de que se va a cargar el máximo importe por daños de 200, sin pruebas y sin posibilidad de defensa alguna, simplemente por derecho. Consecuentemente, una estrella por las carencias y la mala gestión del intermediario que te deja indefenso si quiere cargarte gastos adicionales por desperfectos.
Única prueba fotográfica proporcionada sobre los daños. ¿Alguien distingue de qué se trata? ¿Eso son 200€?
