Smart flat close to Fuengirola beach is a cosy apartment cosy perfect for business and leisure stays. The Apartment is located in Fuengirola on the third floor with a lift and consists of 3 rooms. The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and a washing machine.



The Space:

The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, and can accommodate up to 4 people. The outdoor space consists of the balcony and is enriched by an outdoor dining area. It also has a television.



The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a little starter package to help you settle in, but feel free to stock up on anything you need during your stay!

As much as very well situated, one block from the paseo (hense 3 stars), this apartment was a deception. Not very clean on arrival. Stained carpet and fournitures, strong bad smell walking in, kitchen cabinet hanging off the wall, no sink plug, washer super dirty and smelly. We have to give 4 stars to the management company COSTARENTALS for acting fast in solving some issues. The apartment situated on 3rd floor back of the building has a balcony overlooking rooftop of a fried fish restaurant with the exhaust chimney at high of the view, shooting strong fried fish smell from 12 noon to midnight. The photos displayed are definitively showing the place way nicer than it is. Will never rent that place again, but would consider giving another chance to COSTARENTALS, hoping to be luckier next time.
