Prime location beachfront apartment in Fuengirola, just 20 meters from one of the best beaches in Costa del Sol and the beautiful harbor. Take in the incredible sea views from the terrace or enjoy a stroll along the vibrant promenade full of life and activities to do. Located opposite the harbor area, with bars, restaurants, and shops right outside the door. There are several water activities right outside such as jet-ski and boat rent, fishing trips and parasailing to name a few. 50 meters outside the apartment you also find a playground with carousels and joyrides for children. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and is cozy and fully equipped. Both living room and bedroom got completely new air conditioning installed. The bedroom has a 44 inch 4K smart tv installed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessaries such as washing machine, dishwasher, airfryer, microwave, induction hub and Nespresso coffee machine. You have a public parking space just across the street.
