Too many tourist's group, far from city
I had my tranfer to china in spain, so I look for a hotel that could provide mw with free shuttle bus from the airpot to the hotel, When I arrive at the aiport I call the hotel and the front desk lady told that shuttle was only on request , so it was open I didnt have time to booking before and them when I arrive at the front desk and I want to book for the next day, the person in front desk told it was only avaible from monday to friday and in the website and in orbitz they didnt put this I was so angry I just took a 10 hours flight and only choose this hotel becuase of the shuttle bus, I didnt like that on the page it say free shuttle and them when I arrive at the property is something different and I was looking in orbitz and they didnt mention this at all, and them the staff in that hour was super rude, in a holiday inn that so pay a lot to stay and be comfortable had the worst experience, the stuff lady was tell me you can say whatever you want but we can not provide shuttle on the weeked , even do it false advertising later on the told that none holiday in provided shuttle , I couldnt no be more angry I stay in several during my business trip and I can really say when they said they have , they do have and and she was yes in american but here no.... worst staff ever and false advertising the hotel is not even near the airport . I could had choosen another near and save the money from the taxi and this really bad experience .. not recommend this hotel at all .
