In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, washing machine (for shared use), ski boot dryer. Parking (for 10 cars) on the premises. E-charging station. Großzügiges Gruppenhaus

Viele Doppelzimmer mit eigener Dusche, WC, großer Essraum, großer Garten, überdachte Terrasse, alles sehr gepflegt, sauber und neu. Mehr als ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Kochgeschirr. Alles funktionstüchtig, zusätzlicher Gastro-Kühlschrank. Grill vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten eine tolle Wanderwoche. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Sehr gut ist der kleine Kühlraum, wo die Bier- und Weinkisten gut abgestellt sind und der Kühlschrank für die Lebensmittel bleibt. Alles unkompliziert, können wir nur empfehlen.

Saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft

Das Ferienhaus steht in einer ruhigen Gegend in Fügen. In 5-10min sind Lebensmittelgeschäfte erreichbar. Praktisch ist auch der Brötchenservice. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit der Bäder. In fast jedem Zimmer gibt es ein Bad. Das Esszimmer ist für eine Vollbesetzung etwas zu klein. Da würde wir uns einen zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum wünschen... Die Küche ist neu und in einem separaten Raum, in dem Lebensmittel gelagert werden können, gibt es auch einen großen Kühlschrank. Empfehlenswert!

Mooie kamers, keuken groot en alles ruim aanwezig met zelfs een inloopkoeling! Prachtige tuin en alle voorzieningen zoals supermarkt en zwembad lekker dichtbij. De kamers zijn ruim met bijna allemaal een eigen douche en wc. Zeker een aanrader!

Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen! Garten für laue Abende ist super und vor allem die renovierten Zimmer mit eigenem Bad sind super. Zu beachten: Die Tante der Vermieterin wohnt mit im Haus und schaut auch öfter mal vorbei und "schaut nach dem Rechten". Wir fanden es im Großen und Ganzen nicht störend - man sollte es aber auf dem Schirm haben

De accommodatie is perfect voo...

De accommodatie is perfect voor familie plus vrienden. Het huis is gedateerd, maar functioneert goed. Eigen badkamer met douche en wc is heerlijk. Wat dient echt veranderd te worden:– wifi bereik is slecht, moeten meer versterkers in het huis geplaatst worden.–eigenaresse dient te kloppen alvorens naar binnen te komen. Andersom gingen wij als gasten ook niet ongevraagd naar binnen.– scheiden van afval dat hebben we perfect als groep van 23 personen gedaan. We hadden zelfs afvalzakken voor plasticafval mee. Dus gescheiden in plastic, groen, blik, papier en karton en glas. Aan het einde van de week vroeg te eigenaresse zelf het afval weg te brengen naar een depot. Dat is wel typisch want we betaalde 18€ per persoon totaal 414,00 € aan schoonmaak. – huis voor 25 personen, we kwamen met 23 pers. In 2 kmrs stond een opklapbed waar zeer slecht op te slapen was. Alle kmrs openen. Is het devies.–bus verbinding met Spieljoch is goed, maar slecht mbt de rest van het gebied. Lange wachttijden. En als je naar Hoghfugen wilde dan zat je 45 minuten in de bus vanaf Speiljoch. Dus 1,5 nadat je had gereisd stond je op je latten. (Speiljoch uiteraard sneller), Reistips: Het is beter om met een dergelijke groep die bestond uit vnl volwassenen met de auto naar hoghfugen of kaltenbach te rijden. Met kleine kinderen zal het een heel gesjouw worden naar de skibanen.Weinig leuke gezellige eettentje op de berg van Kaltenbach. 1 mega tent (ongezellig) en bij de Kristalhutte was het rond middagetenstijd zo druk dat er enorme rijen stonden te wachten.
