The 2nd flat is on the 2nd floor and has a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. An ideal accommodation for 2 families who want to spend their holidays together.

The owner of the accommodation lives on the ground floor and uses the shared staircase.

The house also has a heated ski cellar, a bicycle garage and a lawn with a swing. In the summer you can also use the BBQ, which is at your disposal.

If you come in the winter for a wonderful winter sport, then you can leave your car at home. The ski bus stop is 200 m from the house. The bus takes you in a few minutes to the nearby Spieljochbahn lift and to the well-known Hochzillertal/Hochfügen ski area. Fügen - Spieljoch is generally very quiet and therefore an ideal ski area for beginners and families with children.
