Not good enough

E. and her team are friendly and welcoming people but the facility is poorly kept no functioning tv, no washing machine, no microwave, not enough kitchen utensils. The wifi wouldn't work! The gardens seem abandoned, dogs and cats left random. I made good friends with viola the dog but not all my family members felt comfortable with it. This place could be much better with little more attention to detail.

Schönes Appartement mit zweckmäßiger Ausstattung und schöner Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen und zu frühstücken. Ein großer Pool kann zum abkühlen genutzt werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Wermutstropfen, das zweite Schlafzimmer hatte Stockbetten, für Erwachsene wenig geeignet. WLAN war vor dem Appartement vorhanden, innerhalb nur schwach

door omstandigheden er maar 4 hele dagen geweest. Park is erg mooi, veel ruimte, waar paradijs!! In huisje miste ik een waterkoker, en wat soorten pannen. De waterkoker hebben we bij navraag nog gekregen. Eigenaars park erg behulp ol.

Le lieu accueille des appartements mais aussi un restaurant ainsi qu'un couvert qui accueille des évènements et qui se trouve à quelques pas des appartements. En trois jours nous avons eu: mariage, fête de baptême (très animée en Italie) et musique latine au bord le tout jusqu à minuit avec le volume très fort. Certains équipements étaient deffectueux à notre arrivée: hotte de ventilation, évier qui fuit. Il y avait 3 couteaux mais une quinzaine de fourchettes. Nous avons également eu une souris dans l'appartement. Les équipements ont été réparés pendant notre séjour et la souris y est peut être toujours car nous avons écourté notre séjour le lendemain. Je ne conseille pas ce logements avec des familles avec des enfants en bas âge ni aux personnes qui recherchent le calme de la campagne toscane.

Mooie en centrale locatie in Toscane.

Als uitvalsbasis om Toscane te ontdekken voldoet deze woning goed. Afwerking van het appartement is echter erg slordig en er is sprake van achterstallig onderhoud. Hoewel wij een huis hadden geboekt kregen we twee appartementen. Dat was niet altijd even praktisch. Zwembad en tuin zijn zeker ok. En hoewel er op de website vermeld staat dat de kosten van de airco apart worden afgerekend, was dit in de praktijk gewoon inbegrepen in de prijs.
