The holiday home is ideal for 6 people and offers 118 square meters of comfort and coziness. Built in 1981 and partially renovated in 2007, it stands as a charming and modern vacation home. Pets are not allowed, and it is equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a freezer capacity of 300 liters. The cozy wood stove adds extra warmth and atmosphere on cool evenings.
The house is situated on an 800-square-meter garden plot, just 50 meters from the sea, so you can always hear the soothing sound of the waves. With a 50-square-meter terrace, 25 square meters of which are enclosed, there is ample opportunity for outdoor relaxation, sunbathing, and cozy barbecue dinners. There is also parking right by the house, and a 15-square-meter shed is at your disposal.
