Holiday cottage approx. 5 metres from the ocean overlooking the ocean and the Great Belt bridge. Panoramic view from both house and plot and there is a private beach. Located on 2500 m² large plot bordering a protected lake and natural area. From the balcony on the west side of the house you have a great view of the lake and the large garden that has outdoor lights etc. On the ground floor, where you have access to the garden/terrace, there are 3 large bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a scullery with a large freezer and washing machine. On 1st floor you will find the large combined living/dining room with access to the balcony. The living room has a large flatscreen-TV, DVD player and radio. The large panoramic window means you can enjoy the view even more. Both TV in the living room and dining room. Kitchen with small dining area, dish washer, ceramic cooker, oven and fridge. Not for rent to youth groups and artisan groups.
All homes feature 2 bathrooms and afford space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Washers/dryers, refrigerators, and dishwashers are also standard.
